Hopping Quickly Through the Spring Season!

KimberlyApril 14, 2021

So, Easter has come and gone and now we are already in the middle of April!  For some reason, I think because of the world shutting down last year, this year of 2021 is going to fly by.

One thing that I kept thinking about during the pandemic – how incredibly challenging it is for the elderly who are alone in their retirement homes. It is hard enough to be old, hard enough to lose your freedom with driving, your income, etc..but way too hard to be separated from one’s family and your friends within the retirement home.

So, this is what partly inspired me to create the Sage Life Design Box.  My thought was that what if the residents could have a box that was theirs, where they could use their time to write down their stories?  What if the box had a set of notecards so they could write down their sentiments to those they love?  As we all have seen, life is very precious and fragile and none of us know exactly how long we will be here. It’s a box designed for people of all ages – because all of us have people we love and people we want for them to know just how much they mean to us.

This box is designed to help people take the steps now to document their stories and to take the time to say, “I love you,” to your loved ones.  If we can each be prepared, we will not have regrets and our loved ones will not be wondering about our love for them. I think this past year of COVID has caused many of us to stop and smell the roses, and to embrace the gift that this life is. In all the craziness and busyness, it’s so easy to miss the love and beauty that is all around us.

With Mother’s Day coming up, I thought this would be a perfect time to launch this product.  You will see it under the Shop tab on the blog site – www.sagelifedesign.com/shop.

There is discounted pricing, as long as you place your order by April 25th!  I hope you can buy a box for yourself and for a loved one and to spread the word!
