Everyone has a story. Everyone's story deserves to be remembered. This site is designed to help you see the beauty in your life and to share the beauty with those you love. Carl and I are all about maximizing the one beautiful life we have each been given. That's how this blog originated. How can we share what others have so generously shared with us - in one place? Hence, the creation of Sage Life Design.
People ask us, where do you live and where are your kids living? We have been married for three decades! Wow. How did that happen? I remember when I was telling people that we were married for two years, and then four years, and so on. And this year, we will be celebrating 34 years.
Right now, we are spread across the country in California, New York, Washington, and Alaska. Four kids ages 21-28: girl, boy, girl, girl, and our oldest daughter and our son are both married. (Did you know that if you have four kids, you have an 80% chance of having three of one sex and one of the other? It’s definitely true with my friends’ circle!

And one more additional love...our six year old yellow lab, Rey. Named after the character in Star Wars and she's a girl.
